1What is your policy on counterfeit or stolen items?
We have a strict policy against purchasing or selling Counterfeit or Stolen Items. Our staff has many years of experience in authenticating goods for authenticity before purchase. We pride ourselves on being honest entrepreneurs and have a great name in the community.
2Can I return an item if I change my mind after selling it?
Most sales are final unless otherwise stated. You may trade the item back in for a credit and exchange for something else. But that happens at the discretion of the buyer.
3What measures do you take to protect my personal information during transactions?
You information and privacy is extremely important to us, we believe you treat people how you like to be treated and we follow the highest standards when it comes to privacy. Our software is secure and updated regularly to protect against vulnerabilities.

Yes you can sell multiple items at once, if you are looking to sell a collection we recommend that you setup and appointment so that we can make sure to give you the privacy and attention your require.
5Can I browse and purchase items from your store?
Yes, our catalog will be online soon, so you will be able to browse our inventory from the comfort of your home.

7How does the selling process work?
The Selling process is quiet simple, you bring in your items for a quote / evaluation. We inspect the items, do our market research and provide you with a quote. If you choose to sell, we then require a valid state ID, you then go on to fill out a form stating that the item you are selling belongs to you, and that you have the right to sell it. We make a copy of your ID and hand it back to you. process the payment and hand you the cash! Sometimes if the cash out is high we offer check or Zelle depending upon your preferences.
8How old do I have to be to sell?
Sellers must be at least 18 years of age to sell items with us. We also require a valid ID or driver's license for verification purposes. Thank you.
9What condition do the items have to be in?
We buy items that are both new and pre-owned. Many of the items we acquire have been lovingly cared for by their previous owners. To ensure they're ready for a new home, we put each item through a thorough cleaning and sanitization process.
10What about if I lost the box for my sneakers?
While the absence of the original box may result in a lower purchase price for sneakers, we are still interested in buying them. If you have a receipt or dust bag, please feel free to include them as well.
11Do you pay cash or check?
We typically pay in cash; however, for larger amounts, we recommend issuing a check as it is a more convenient and secure method of payment for you to transport.
